What we’re Looking For

·       Residential cleaning experience (required)

·       Leadership experience (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

·       Cleaning and serving residential properties

·       Leading, training, and coaching service crews

·       Ensuring exceptional service quality and consistency

·       Acting as a brand ambassador with clients and team members

·       Schedule management and team assignments

·       You are the primary leader for our service crews and the onsite liaison for our clients

When you join our team, you are more than a cleaner—you are a servce specialist and front-line leader.

Compensation

 $22.00-$26/hour (determined by experience and through interview process)
